Guys, please I need your help. I know this isn’t Disneyland or DisneyWorld. It’s my dream college. I want to go to FIlm school, I want to become a director and it’s been my dream to become one. I have so much passion for film making It’s ridiculous. My dream college is over 1,101 miles away from where I live. At first my mother and I were not on the same perspective. She thought I was crazy and would never make it. However, the college called me and found interest in what I can do! I knew that was my chance, so I spoke to my mother again, and unfortunately she hardly agreed this time either. Then I thought of Tumblr, we got a kid to go to DIsneyland, and heck we got a girl a bird! So why not college? If this can get to over 100k notes she says she’ll get one step closer in letting me attend my dream college! I know this might be asking a lot but please help me show my mom that I can make it and chase after my dreams! One reblog can help so much! xx
this is so much better than disney guys please
Remember cedric ❤️ I wanted to draw cedric, and this is the most beautiful speech ever. I thought I’d combine the two. Cedric diggory is a walking example of the brilliance that is hufflepuff. To all the haters, since when was loyalty, hard work & fair play bad traits? ❤️ hufflepuff are a fantastic house. And I’m proud to be one of them.
Rydel & ratliff! ❤️ this was fun to draw! Hope you like it! Neither Rydel or any of r5 have never seen any of my art. That would be a dream come true! Hope you like it!
Message me on kik - hannsandwichx and we’ll chat! I charge for commissions so you know :)?
Hello! Well, here’s what I always think:
Slytherin: As you said, they’re mostly infamous for being blood supremacists (against Muggleborn’s) and are quite rude, mean, etc.
Gryffindor: Known for the brave, courageous people. They’re not evil, or necessarily that smart or overly kind but like to have fun.
Hufflepuff: Known for kind, innocent and sweet people who also aren’t necessarily that smart.
Ravenclaw: Known for being the intelligent house and student’s in this house generally tend to be quite loyal
If you want to know more about each house, go here to our houses page. We’d love for you to join!
"Not necessarily that smart" ? Huh, that’s funny. I thought cedric diggory was an incredibly skilled student who practically won the tri wizard cup.
Was it not cedric diggory, who told harry to open the cup under water in order for him to enter the next task.
Hufflepuff’s are the best in the school at herbolgy.
Lotality should be be under the hufflepuff description too. Tonks was an incredible loyal hufflepuff who died fighting to protect her friends and her school.
Loyality is actually a key trait of hufflepuff.
Just because being “smart” isn’t a key trait, don’t assume we’re not smart. It’s not a key trait of gryffindor or slytherin either. That doesn’t automatically mean they’re dumb.
The puffs have spoken.
So a while back I had a harry potter party. I put so much time and effort into it! My place isn’t massive, but I wanted all my friends to come, and hey, what’s a few extra people? ;)
I am a hufflepuff myself, and being a hufflepuff - I just wanted everybody to be happy and have a good time. I actually have a pretty good reputation of throwing awesome parties, because I’m always making sure everyone has a drink in their hand, somewhere to sleep, or a ride home.
So my best friend (who’s a slytherin may I add!) decided to bring a few of her friends. Which I was totally cool with! The more the merrier. I didn’t want anyone to feel left out.
**At this point, I would like to state that ALL my best friends bar a few are slytherin’s, I like the house very much. I am not hating on it at all**.
Anyway, so my friend was running late, and her friend (who I had never ever met and knew nobody at the party) turned up early. we’ll call him david.
So, David walks in. I’d like to point out the David is NOT a hufflepuff. But a slytherin. Not that his house is relevant.
immediately I’m thinking.. Poor guy. He doesn’t know anybody it must be daunting. So like a true hufflepuff, I get up, introduce him to everyone. Get him a drink and chat to him for a while. I could see he was feeling a little nervous.
Eventually his friends turn up and he’s more chilled out. I still kept an eye to make sure he was having fun!
Then, In conversation he brings up that he hates hufflepuff, and thinks they’re the most useless house. Now, bare in mind I’m in hufflepuff robes proud as ever. As was one of my other friends. Apart from us and one other ravenclaw, the remainder of the people were gryffindors or slytherin’s.
I start to fight our case as I’m so used to doing.
and point out that cedric diggory was and incredible wizard who was brave, ambitious and clever. All the traits of the other houses he loved so much. I pointed out that to me, the most important qualities of all. Are Loyality, trust, and hard work. To which he replied “ha, but cedric diggory died so who cares!”
Just something to think about.
